IGP Arase redeploys Deputy Inspector’s generals of Police.

The Inspector General of Police (IGP) Solomon Arase has reshuffled Deputy Inspectors Generals of Police at Force headquarters following the retirements of DIG’s David Omojola, DIG Adeniji and DIG Hilary Okpara.
The new posting which are also necessitated by the promotion of Mrs. Chintua Amajuonu (AIG) to DIG, to head departments and formations are DIG Dan’Azumi Job Doma formerly in charge of Force Criminal Investigations department, now DIG (A) in-charge of Department of Finance and Administration (DFA), FHQ Abuja.

Others are: DIG Kakwe Christopher Katso formerly DIG in Charge Research and Planning, now DIG in-charge of Force Criminal Intelligence and Investigations Department (FCIID), Abuja.
DIG Chintua Amajor-Onu, formerly AIG in charge Force Investments, now DIG in-charge of Department of Information and Communications Technology (ICT), FHQ Abuja.
DIG Jubril Olawale Adeniji is the new DIG in-charge of Department of Research and Planning, FHQ Abuja.
Ojukwu also said the posting is with A statement signed by CP Emmanuel Ojukwu, Force Public relations officer noted that the postings are with immediate effect.
It noted that DIG Mamman Ibrahim Tsafe, DIG in-charge of Department of Logistics and Supply, FHQ Abuja, DIG Saliu Argungu Hashimu, DIG in-charge of Department of Training and Development, FHQ Abuja are to maintain their duty post.
DIG Sotonye Leroy Wakama, the DIG in-charge of Department of Operations, FHQ Abuja is also to maintain his duty posts.
