PSC Approves the Promotion of 3694 Inspectors, Pilots & Aircraft Engineers.
The Police Service Commission has approved the promotion of 3,694 Inspectors, Pilots and Aircraft Enginerers to the next rank of Assistant Superintendents of Police & Superintendents of Police.

According to a statement signed by Ikechukwu Ani
Head, Press and Public Relations, the Commission also approved the upgrade of eight Pilots who are ASPs to the next rank of Deputy Superintendent of Police.
Two Aircraft Engineers were also upgraded to DSPs.
The promotions took effect from January 1st January 2016.
It will be recalled that the promoted officers went through several and severe training and examination exercises last year before they could make the promotions.
