COAS commissions completed projects at Jaji Military Cantonment; Inspect others that are ongoing

The Chief of Army Staff, Lt. Gen Tukur Yusuf Buratai at the weekend inaugurated many completed projects and inspected others that are ongoing at the Jaji Military Cantonment.

The projects were commissioned at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College, the Nigerian Army School of Infantry and the Martin Luther Agwai International Peacekeeping Centre.

The COAS was accompanied by Commandant Armed Forced Command and Staff College, LS Alao, Commander, Infantry Corps, Major General Stevenson Olabanji, Commandant Nigerian Army School of Infantry, Major General Ali-Keffi, and Commandant Martins Luther Agwai International Leadership Peacekeeping Centre (MLAILPKC), Brig General Umar Tama Musa and some Principal Staff Officers of the Army Headquarters.
commissioned some completed projects and inspected ongoing ones in Jaji Military Cantonment.

The commissioned projects are the worshipping centres of the newly reconstructed Jaji Military Cantonment’s Central Mosque and the Hall of Devine Intervention of the Catholic Church.

Others projects commissioned are the New Soldiers’ Club, new Hostel Blocks at Camp Kabala and Support Weapons Wing of NASI.

The COAS also inspected many ongoing projects that are at advanced levels of completions.

Some of the ongoing projects are the new Medical Operating Theatre; Residential Accommodations for the Commander Infantry Corps and Commandant, NASI

Also inspected by Lt. Gen Buratai are ongoing Works at 4 Demonstration Battalion Officers’ Quarters; Shooting Range Road Network; and Army Children School

The Proposed Site for Infantry Museum and ongoing projects at Martins Luther Agwai International Leadership Peacekeeping Centre were also inspected.
