The FCT Police Command on Tuesday confirmed that a federal high court judge, Alhaji Idrissa Saleh, who went missing since Saturday 24th August has been found.
He was found alive, in Nyanya, a suburb of Abuja on Tuesday afternoon.
FCT Police Public Relations Officer, DSP Anjuguri Manzah while confirming the judge has been found, noted that contrary to insinuations, the judge was not kidnapped and is healthy.
He declined to respond to questions as to why the judge disappeared for over 3 days noting that he has no authorization to speak on that.
He said the most important thing is that the judge is has been found and he is healthy.
The judgeās disappearance led to fears that he had been kidnapped.
The judge, Alhaji Saleh who hails from Yobe State, is said to be the traditional title holder of āDan Amar of Fikaā.
Alhaji Saleh was born on June 23, 1965. He attended both his primary and secondary schools in
Yobe state and graduated from the University of Maiduguri in 1992.
He attended the Nigerian Law School in 1993.
He was appointed a federal high court judge in 2015.
