The President, Nigeria Army Officers’ Wives Association (NAOWA), Mrs Salamatu F Yahaya on Tuesday paid a courtesy call on the Commander Training and Doctrine Command (TRADOC), Maj Gen Stevenson Olabanji at the Command Headquarters, Minna, Niger State.
During the visit, Mrs Yahaya appraised the TRADOC Commander of her activities as the 22nd President of NAOWA based on her vision of “Sustaining Legacies and Upholding the Tenets of Unity and Service” which was borne out of her desire to consolidate on what her predecessors have entrusted.

The President further stated that she was in Minna to commission the newly constructed NAOWA Model Nursery and Primary School, which was an initiative of the Coordinator NAOWA TRADOC Chapter, (Mrs) Yemisi Elizabeth Olabanji.
She thanked the Commander for his support to the association to implement its programmes and activities in the area.
In his response, the Commander TRADOC Maj Gen SO Olabanji thanked the President NAOWA for the visit and stated that all Departmental Chiefs and Directors in TRADOC are always willing to assist the activities of NAOWA.
Maj Gen Olabanji further appreciated the Chief of Army Staff (COAS) Lieutenant General F Yahaya for the total support he has been providing for TRADOC and assured of unwavering loyalty from TRADOC towards the continuous success of the COAS.
