Following recent successes recorded by the Nigerian Army on several fronts in the fight against terrorism, banditry and other violent criminals, Nigerians have taken to the social media to heap out accolades to troops on the fields.
The kudos were in reacting to a video posted on Militainment TV, with the caption, “In search of Boko Haram, see what the Nigerian Army soldiers are going through. Even with the heavy and constant rain in the Lake Chad area, Nigerian troops were not reluctant in search of the fleeing Boko Haram. Defeating the terrorists is their only mission.”
According to the comments read, several of them prayed for more success to be recorded by troops.
A commentator, Tumaka Dele said, “God bless the officers and men of the NA and give no peace to the saboteurs.”

Another Nigerian, Bala Abdullahi said, “God bless our gallant Nigerian soldiers, you deserve more than prayers, wishing you the best in the national interest.”
For Ibrahim Ahmad Ahmad, he said, “May Allah help our soldiers in Nigeria.”
Similarly, Akintola Oladeji said, “May God bless them,” while Paschal Nwanochie said, “God bless the Nigerian Army.”
Dozens of other comments from viewers of the video, revolved around blessing of the troops and praying for their complete routing of insurgents and bandits.
It would be recalled that recently, the Nigerian Army onslaught on terrorists elements was intensified, leading to further decimating of the group.
Just two days ago, an ambush on the group by the Army on the fringes of Gwoza in Borno State, led to killing of three of them, injuring several, while the Army and Civilian JTF recorded no casualties.
