The FCT Police Command has assured residents of the FCT and visitors alike, of a hitch-free workers day celebration holding Monday May 1, 2017.
Towards this end, the FCT Police Command said it has provided adequate security before, during and after the workers day celebration.
CP Musa Kimo disclosed that the command has taken proactive measures to ensure a peaceful celebration pointing out that the command has also increased its patrol teams on major roads, entry and exit routes.

A statement signed by ASP Usen Omorodion, FCT PRO said, “To further reiterate the commitment to provide adequate security, the commissioner has directed that adequate personnel be stationed at recreational parks as well as place of public interest.
“The commissioner of police, CP Musa Kimo use the occasion on behalf of the command, officers and men felicitates with workers as they celebrate this year workers day.”
