The 2018 Defence Advicets/Attache’s conference at the headquarters of the Defence Intelligence Agency kicked off on Monday 12th November with the Minister of Defence, Mansur Mohammad Dan Ali who was represented by Mrs Nuratu Batagarawa, Permanent Secretary in the ministry declaring it open.
