Four dare-devil armed robbery suspects who are members of a gang terrorizing Ebendo village and Umunede in Delta State have been arrested by the Police.
The suspects who were caught with various cut to size locally manufactured guns and live ammunition are Nwakaego Lucky, Uche Precious, Kelly Okonye and Lucky Kennedy.
While the first three suspects were arrested at Ebendo village, the fourth suspect was arrested at Umunede.

According to the Police in a statement entitled ‘Arrest of Suspected Armed Robbers/Unlawful possession of firearms’, on the 4th Sunday of June, 2017, a Joint Patrol team of Police and Vigilante while on Patrol at Ebrndo village, arrested three boys.
They are Nwakaego Lucky ‘26’ years, Kelly Okonye ‘M’ 28 years, Uche Precious ‘M’ 27 years with a locally made cut to size gun.

 At Umunede, at about 6. 50pm, a Safer Highway Patrol team 004 stationed at while on stop and search, arrested one Lucky Kennedy ‘21’ years old, of Oba quarters with a locally made revolver pistol gun loaded with 5.5mm live ammunition
 The suspects and exhibits have been transferred to the anti-robbery State Criminal Intelligence and Investigation Department ‘SCIID’, for investigation and prosecution.
