The Commander Training And Doctrine Command (TRADOC) Nigerian Army, Major General RO Yusuf who is also the President, Captain – Major Practical Promotion Examination for the year 2017, at about 4pm on Sunday 8th October, 2017, addressed members of the Capt -MAJ Practical Promotion Examinations Panel at the 82 Division Officers Mess, Enugu.
The examination panel comprising of eleven (11) officers in the rank of major are drawn from various Corps and Formations of the Nigerian Army.
General Yusuf charged them to do their job professionally and objectively.

He remarked further “You must remain neutral, firm and fair from the beginning to the end of this examination.
“Everything must be done in line with the vision of the Chief of Army Staff, which is, ‘To have a Professionally Responsive Nigerian Army in the Discharge of its Constitutional Roles”.
Present at the occasion were the Director of Training TRADOC, Brigadier General HR Momoh, Representative of the GOC 82 Division Brigadier General OW Ali, Deputy Director Examinations TRADOC, Colonel O Adegbe and Deputy Director Public Relations Headquarters TRADOC, Colonel A Isa.
