Assistant Inspector General of Police (AIG RTD), Tunde Johnson Ogunsakin was on Tuesday 11th July 2018, called to the Nigerian Bar at a ceremony at the International Conference Centre, Abuja.

AIG Ogunsakin who was one of the shinning lights of the Police force as a crack detective, was at several times, the Director of Operations at the Independent Corrupt Practices Commission (ICPC) and Director of Operations at the Economic and Dinancial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
Ogunsakin also served as the Commissioner of Police in charge of Rivers State. Later he was appointed as the Assistant Inspector General of Police in charge Zone 6 with headquarters in Calabar.
He was later posted to Yola as AIG in charge of Zone 12, the Police zone command responsible for supervising and tackling the fight against Boko Haram insurgency.
