Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Adams Oshiomhole has said that the party will not lose sleep over the defection of 15 APC Senators and 32 House of Representatives members to the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).

Fielding question from State House correspondents, after an emergency meeting with President Muhammadu Buhari, at the Presidential Villa, Abuja, at the behest of the dumping of APC by 15 Senators and 34 House of Representatives members, on Tuesday, Oshiomhole said that with the mass defection of the lawmakers, it has become clear that APC is not a party for everyone.
He said “We will not lose sleep over the mass defection,” adding that the leadership of the APC are not fooled at all by the actions of the lawmakers.
The APC chairman urged Nigerians not to look at the big names of the defecting lawmakers adding that “You have big masquerades who have little or no electoral values.
“I am so happy that water will soon find its level” he added.
