Chief of Army Staff, Lt. General Tukur Yusuf Buratai is expected to be the Special Guest of Honour at the 2017 Nigerian Army Finance Corps Biennial Training Conference which begins in Lagos on Monday 23rd October.
The week-long training conference with the theme “Military Expenditure and Combat Readiness: Realistic Funding, As A Panacea for Sustaining Nigerian Army Operations”, takes place at the Conference hall of the Command Officers Mess 2, Apapa.

 Participants and guest lecturers including retired and serving senior military officers are expected to brainstorm on ways of enhancing funding for the military in the wake of present financi8al difficulties and obvious need for improved funding in view of myriad of terrorism challenges and other insecurity confronting the nation.
Chief of Accounts and Budget, Brigadier General Jakko is the Chief host of the conference which runs from October 23 to October 26, 2017.
