Following the recent denial by Boko Haram in a video where it claimed the military lied about the killing of five Boko Haram Ameers (Commanders Close to Shekau), authorities of the Nigerian Army have released the photographs of the remaining dead Ameers.
The dead Ameers are Abubakar Benishek, Modu Bako and Audu Kubuiri.

Recall that only the photograph of two dead commanders was initially released by Operation Lafiya Dole after the killing of the five Commanders within the fringes of Sambisa Forest.
A statement signed by Brigadier General Sani Usman, the Director of Army Public relations confirming the killing of the commanders said, “Please recall that in our release of Tuesday 4th September 2017, we informed that some senior Boko Haram terrorist’s commanders were neutralized last week Friday, 1st September 2017, during aerial bombardment on their hideout.
“Below are the photographs of the neutralized Ameers, Abubakar Benishek, Modu Bako and Audu Kubuiri,”
