Troops prosecuting the war against insurgency on Wednesday night foiled an sttempt by Boko Haram duicide bombets to ingiltrate an Army location in Borno and cause havoc.
According to a statement in the official facebook handle of the Nigerian Army, a suspected female bomber and her accomplice were intercepted before detonating the explosive.

It said, “At about 9.30 p.m Wednesday,19 December 2018, one suspected female suicide bomber and her accomplice were intercepted at Mushimari settlement in Konduga L.G.A of Borno State while attempting to infiltrate the 222 Batallion Defensive Location.
They were apprehended by the troops and vest strapped on the suspected suicide bomber was successfully immobilized.
Preliminary investigation is ongoing.
