ECCSSOOSA Hosts Reception for Recently Elevated Brigadier General Ojogbane Adegbe; President, Alfa Friday, Lauds Members for huge Turn Out

The President of Emodu Community Secondary School Ofabo Old Students Association (ECSSOOSA) Mr Friday Alfa has expressed his satisfaction and appreciation to the members of the Association who graced the reception organized in honor of Brigadier General Ojogbane Adegbe at the Merit House, Maitama Abuja recently.

Mr Alfa disclosed this in Lagos via chat with Newsmen stressing that this became necessary after the Management meeting and resolution of the Association to applaud members for their turnout during the programme.

He also noted that Brigadier General Ojogbne is a rare gift to the Association adding that the Association would continue to guard him jealously.

His words, “the leadership of ECSSOOSA remains grateful to all the members for their zeal and commitment to the course of the Association”

He also sent his profound gratitude to the Brigadier General for giving his full time for the program and called on the attention of all spirited individual both home and those in the Diaspora to also come to the aid of the school.

Alfa further appreciated the BOT chairman Mr Abel Anyebe and his members for giving us the opportunity to grace the occasion in a unique way.

Alfa Friday used the opportunity to pray to God for more elevation for Brigadier General Ojogbane Adegbe and all the children of Emodu Community.

Brigadier General Ojogbane was born on May 12, 1972. He graduated from the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA), Kaduna, in September 1995 as a member of the 42 Regular Course.

The officer holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics and a Master’s in Intelligence and International Security from Kings College, London.

It would be recalled that former President Goodluck Ebele Jonathan on May 13,  2010 approved the appointment of Lieutenant Colonel Ojogbane Adegbe as his Aide-De-Camp.

Prior to his appointment, Adegbe served at 1 Division Intelligence Group, Kaduna; 26 Motorised Battalion ECOMOG, Sierra Leone; Nigerian Army Depot, Zaria; Nigerian Army Intelligence Corps (HQ NAIC); Office of Defence Adviser, London, United Kingdom; Intelligence Production Centre, HQ NAIC, as well as 81 Division Intelligence Group, Lagos.
