According to him,you must be neutral and be ready at all times to discharge your election security duties creditably well avoiding the issue of taking side.
You must provide security to polling units/stations and collation centers and you must not allow any act of exhibition of lawless act within the Area of your Responsibilities.
He further revealed that adequate Election security arrangements have been put in place in partnership with other security Agencies and warn those nursing any plan to cause any breach of peace to have a change of mind as anyone caught will be made to face the full weight of the law.
We have made our deployment and we are maintaining patrols, stop and search at a reasonable distance to some polling/collation centres for easy contact.
