More chilling revelations about the uses to which Nigeria’s most wanted Kidnapping Gang leader, Evans put the several billions of naira he extorted as ransom from kidnapping of wealthy Nigerians and even foreigners emerged on Sunday.

Evans also confessed to having two other similar mansions in Ghana while he assisted his boys or trusted commanders procure several houses in places of their choice in Nigeria that have been undisclosed.

A large cache of arms and ammunition comprising several sophisticated General Purpose machine Guns (GPMGs), latest AK 47 and AK 49 rifles, Sub-machine guns and packets of loaded Cartridges were recovered from Evans.

Recall that the dare-devil 36 year old kidnapping kingpin, real names are Chukwudidumeme Onuamadike, who hails from Nnewi in Anambra state, and had been on the wanted list of security agencies for years was arrested after covert intelligence operations on Saturday at about 1pm in one of his Magodo mansions in Lagos.

Evans is the leader of the notorious ‘Advanced High Profile Persons kidnapping Gang’ that operates in Festac, Amuwo Odofin and OJO axis.

His gang wreaked havoc on several billionaires who owned and operated hotels in Festac, Amuwo Odofin and business concerns in the popular ASPAMDA and Alaba International markets both located in the axis.

Even popular transport and hotel magnate, Chief Vincent Obianodo aka Young Shall Grow Motors would have been a victim of his kidnapping exploits but escaped by the whiskers.

Because of the fear of Evans which became the beginning of wisdom, most wealthy Nigerians living in Festac and Amuwo Odofin areas of Lagos, relocated with their families to Ikoyi, Victoria Island and Lekki leaving the houses empty.
