Recall that the billionaire Kidnapping Kingpin publicly confessed to the Police and Nigerians of being responsible for the killing of the driver of the transporter and the policeman when his gang attempted to abduct the elderly business mogul.

Recall also that the Police after investigation of the criminal had disclosed that about 53 different charges bothering of murder, kidnapping, arms possession among others will be preferred against Evans in Courts in Lagos, Port Harcourt (Rivers) and Edo States.
