There was altercation on Wednesday at the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa when the Head of Service, Winifred Oyo-Ita, was confronted by the Chief of Staff to the President, Abba Kyari, over her leaked memo to President Muhammadu Buhari.
The altercation ensued before President Buhari arrived the Council Chambers of the Presidential Villa for the Federal Executive Council meeting.
There had been report in the media quoting Mrs. Oyo-Ita, in the leaked memo, saying that Buhari was aware of the reinstatement of the former chairman of the Presidential Task Force on Pension Reforms, Abdulrasheed Maina.

She was further quoted to have said she had warned the President against the controversial recall of the controversial former pension boss.
Following the altercation, an angry Oyo Ita was overheard telling Kyari that she had reached the peak of her career in the civil service and cannot be treated shabbily as she is not an elected official.
Oyo-Ita later headed to Osinbajo, who also engaged her in a discussion over the issue.
Senate President Bukola Saraki, House of Representatives Speaker Yakubu Dogara, APC National Chairman John Odigie-Oyegun and Service Chiefs among others watched the drama as it unfolded.
