The Newly appointed General Officer Commanding (GOC) 6 division Nigerian Army, Major General Musa Sani Yusuf on Tuesday assumed duties in Port Harcourt.
He took over from Major General Enobong Okon Udoh who has been redeployed to Lagos, as the GOC 81 division.
Major General Yusuf, who was the former Commander, Guards Brigade, is a member of 37 Regular Course of the Nigerian Defence Academy.

A seasoned and professional Infantry Officer, he holds a bachelor’s degree in Chemistry from NDA, Masters in Transportation Management from LAUTECH and Masters of Science in Strategic Studies, University of Ibadan.
He also has a diploma in Peacekeeping and Shipping Logistics and a diploma in higher Defence management from Indore University, India.
