MPB alerts ex-soldiers of fake website.
The Military Pensions Board (MPB) has alerted the nation, particularly ex-servicemen of the discovery of and existence of a fake website known as mpbnigeria.com.
A statement by MPB signed Flt. Lt. Uchenna Ezendu, Public Relations Officer, said “The Board however frowns at this development especially now that it has been repositioned to serve military pensioners who served the nation diligently.

“The Board therefore categorically disassociates itself from this fake website and urged the general public to take note.
“In view of the foregoing, MPB wishes to inform its esteem pensioners, stakeholders and the general public that its official website remains: www.mpb.ng.
“Consequently, military pensioners are advised to visit the website in order to acquaint themselves with the Board’s activities and innovations.
“They are also advised to note that activities contained on the fraudulent website have nothing to do with the board.”
