NAOWA President, Umma-Kalsum Buratai commissions projects in 2 Division.
The National President Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association (NAOWA) Mrs Umma-Kalsum Tukur Buratai, the wife of the Chief of Army Staff, Lt General Tukur Yusuf Buratai led a delegation of Nigerian Army Officers Wives Association to pay a courtesy call on the General Officer Commanding 2 Division Nigerian Army, Maj Gen Okwudili Fidelis Azinta.
The purpose of the visit to Ibadan was to commission some projects undertaken by the President 2 Division NAOWA Chapter, Mrs Chioma Azinta at the NAOWA Nursery and Primary School, Letmauck Cantonment, Mokola-Ibadan, and Adekunle Fajuyi Cantonment, Odogbo-Ibadan respectively.

Blocks of classrooms, an Assembly hall, toilet facilities, boreholes and classroom facilities were among the many facilities commissioned in both schools.
The National President NAOWA was delighted and gladdened that NAOWA 2 Division Chapter has come up with these initiatives of expanding NAOWA schools in the Division.
“These projects will no doubt boost the main thrust of NAOWA, which is basically complimenting the Nigerian Army’s efforts in delivering qualitative education for troops families ” She stressed.
The National President NAOWA commended the General Officer Commanding and his Principal Staff Officers for all support towards actualizing NAOWA’s objective.
