The Commandant, Nigerian Defence Academy, Major General Adeniyi Oyebade on Friday embarked on the inspection of several projects both completed and ongoing at the premier military institution with a view to ascertaining if the quality of job done is according to specification for those completed.

For those still ongoing, the inspection visit is also to ascertain challenges, if any, while also ensuring that the time frame for the construction work are met.
The projects which are all geared towards enhancing training of officer Cadets and staff motivation as well as infrastructural development, include a 250 seater lecture theatre and an integrated engineering workshop.
Others are the completed 40 sets computer laboratory Hall, the completed 50 units of officers one bedroom transit quarters as well as several renovated soldiers and officers, in addition to renovated civilian staff quarters.
