The inaugural visit of the Defence Attache of the Federal Republic of Nigeria to Equatorial Guinea, Captain Oluseyi Oladipo  to the Hon. Minister of Defence of Equitorial Guinea, Alejandro Bacale Ncogo, took place on Thursday  20th Feb 2020 in Malabo.

 The meeting commenced with an introduction,  after which the Minister opened the meeting.  

The DA conveyed the regards of the Nigerian minister of Defence, Maj Gen Bashir Salihi Magashi rtd, the CDS Gen  AG Olonisakin and all members of the Armed Forces of Nigeria. 

The meeting focused on issues of mutual interest such as Maritime security,  training exchanges and enhanced military cooperation. 

The Minister assured of the continued support. 

Thereafter, the DA had a brief interaction with the media.
