The Police in Ogun state have arrested a 41 year old man Adeoye Oreyomi for dehumanizing his 13 year old son Demola Oreyomi.
The suspect who resides at No 9 Dokun Street Ewuga Shagamu claimed that his 13 year old son stole his #2000 as a result of which he striped the boy naked before using chain to tie him on both hands and legs and padlocked the chain.
A statement by the Public Relations Officer of the Command, ASP Abimbola Oyeyemi on behalf of CP Ahmed Iliyasu said, “The people in the neighborhood who feared that the boy might give up the ghost quickly alerted the Police at Shagamu Divisional Headquarters.

“The DPO SP Aduroja Moses led his men to the scene where the boy who was soaked in his own blood was rescued and taken to Owokoniran hospital Shagamu for medical attention and the suspect arrested.
Meanwhile, CP Iliyasu has ordered that the suspect be charged to court as soon as the investigation is concluded.
He equally warned that the command will not tolerate any act of lawlessness from anybody no matter how highly placed the person may be.
