The President of the Nigerian Defence Academy (NDA) Officers Wives Association, Mrs. Florence Oyebade and her executive members on Wednesday commenced a familiarization tour of the premier military institution with a visit to the Commandant of the Academy, Major General Adeniyi Oyebade.
