Police Ahead of the forthcoming Eid-al-fitr celebration, the Commissioner of Police FCT, CP Musa Kimo has ordered water-tight security at all prayer grounds and recreational parks across the Federal Capital Territory.
The Commissioner of Police issued the directives to Area Commanders and Divisional Police Officer whom he also tasked to deploy adequately at the aforementioned points to forestall any security breach.

To complement the Area Commands and Divisions, the CP also ordered strategic deployment of plainclothes and uniformed Police personnel from the Command Headquarters to man all entry and exit points, and to embark on motorised, foot and static patrol across FCT.
While assuring FCT residents of adequate security during the Eid-al-fitr celebration, the Commissioner of Police FCT enjoined residents to support the Police with timely information on the movement of suspicious and strange persons around them.
