Secondus to Adamawa People, Nigeria has endorsed your son, don’t fail him; A vote for Atiku is for Peace & Progress

The National Chairman of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Prince Uche Secondus has charged the people of Adamawa state to stand solidly behind their son the Presidential candidate of the PDP, Atiku Abubakar who the rest of the country have endorsed to be the next President of Nigeria.

Addressing jubilant crowd of party supporters at the grand finale rally in Yola, Adamawa state on Thursday, Prince Secondus told them that he can confirm to them after going round the country that ‘Nigerians have chosen your son, your Wazirin to be the next President of Nigeria, you must not disappoint him on saturday’

“We have a valentine gift for you, today is Valentine’s Day, and our gift is that we brought the next President to you, your own son”

According to a statement from his media office signed by Ike Abonyi, Prince Secondus told Adamawa people that the rest of the country are happy that the state was able to produce a versatile and competent leader like Atiku Abubakar whom he described as a gift to Nigeria.

He said that after the overwhelming support he was able to get from the other parts of the country, the People of Adamawa state cannot and should not allow their vote get wasted.

The National Chairman said that the party chose their son as the flag bearer because they see him as a tested and competent leader who will rescue the country from the destruction of the All Progressives Congress, APC.

Prince Secondus said that an Atiku Presidency will be active and innovative and will not be a sleeping President who would source out his power to the cabals.

“With Atiku there will be no cabals, he will be the Commander in Chief and will be in charge of security and economic matters.

“Our security challenges, our economic problems and issue of unemployment are all getting worse because the President is not active but sleeping on duty.

In his own remarks, the visibly elated Atiku who attended the rally with all his wives, told his people that he has gone round the 36 states and was well received by Nigerians.

“I have come home to vote, not to campaign because we are in it together that Buhari must go”

The PDP Presidential train that took off in Sokoto on December 3, 2018 made a final stop in Adamawa as Presidential campaign ends in obedience to the requirements of Electoral Act Vehicle demands that campaign should halt 24 hours to voting.
