Army Begin Training Exercise to mark NADCEL 2016
The Nigerian Army said on Monday that it will commence a nine day Field Training Exercise (FTX) in Kaduna and Bauchi states from Tuesday 12th to Wednesday 20th April 2016.
A statement by army spokesman Colonel Sani Usman said the Exercise is part of training activities scheduled to mark the 2016 Nigerian Army Day Celebration (NADCEL).

He added that the exercise will start with the massing up of troops in Bauchi and Kachia and later culminate in a simulation exercise at the Armed Forces Command and Staff College (AFCSC), Jaji.
Usman noted that: “members of the public are hereby urged not to panic on sighting routine convoy of troops along Road Kaduna-Kachia–Bauchi and the general area of Alkaderi Forest in Bauchi state.”
He urged citizens to go about their normal activities during the period of the field training exercise.
